Gift Cards are available to purchase at the checkout at Smyrna or online using the link below (or by clicking the Gift Card image above). Choose from one of the pre-set values or select "Custom" to enter your own amount.
When purchasing at Smyrna, you'll receive a printed Gift Card receipt and can also have a digital copy sent straight to your email. We recommend choosing both options - if your printed copy ever goes missing, you'll always have a backup in your inbox. Always make a note of the gift card reference code.
Redeeming your Gift Card is easy. Simply bring your printed receipt or show the digital version on your phone when attending any eligible Taff Rocks workshop or class, and we'll take care of the rest.
We're currently reviewing how Gift Cards will work for purchases in our shop, so they're not yet available for retail items.
If you're planning to use a Gift Card at one of our mobile events, please check with us beforehand to make sure we have the facilities to redeem it at that location

No, you generally cannot use a standard store gift card to pay through a generic SumUp remote payment link. Standard gift cards must be redeemed directly at the business's physical point-of-sale or integrated checkout system where the gift card code can be processed against the specific merchant balance.
Why It Does Not Work
Standard payment links are designed for credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Remote payment links lack the specific internal ledger integration required to verify, debit, and track proprietary store gift card balances.
Why You Can't Use It Directly
Standard checkout links process real-time monetary card transactions through a payment processor.Store gift cards function on closed-loop internal ledgers that standard remote payment links cannot automatically validate or deduct from unless the specific merchant system is custom-integrated at their physical till or POS.
This is unfortunate and we are sorry this has happened.
Check your email inbox. If you had it sent to your email, or there person that gave you the gift card did, obtain a printout version of the card or keep a digital copy, this can be used as your replacement gift card.
From our 'back office' product sales, we can only access reference codes. We cannot access the name of the purchaser or any payment details beyond the date it was purchased and a reference code.
We regret that we cannot help unless you have original reference code.
If you have the gift card reference number, our job is easy!
Contact us and quote the gift card reference number, we can manually keep a check on it at the checkout.
Without the reference number, there's not much we can do.
You can contact the original purchaser / person who gave you the gift card and ask them for their email copy. You should then contact us to let us know your gift card receipt was stolen and you will now be using the email gift card either in person or digitally.
